I Like Your Style
Met her in a little border town somewhere south of here.
She said"If you're a cowboy, you could buy me a beer."
I said," I'll buy you rubies just to see you smile."
"Yessir, you're a cowboy and I like your style."
She had that look as if she'd known a few,
But she still looked soft and gentle, too.
I fell in love there on the spot,
How it would end I cared not.
Next morn the sun arose -
She'd been one of those
For she was gone.
Just moved on -
I'm still
