I Know Who Holds Tomorrow Yesterdays are gone away my sights are on tomorrow. Memories like scars remain what used to be my sorrow. I made my way through shadows that gathered dark as night. Times I spent down on my knees I made it to the light. So much still waiting down the road so much I still don't know. But I believe He's with me no matter where I go. I lift my eyes toward heaven clouds drifting through the air. Still I can see the Son shining. I see Him standing there. No more time for me to waste, no longer at a loss. The time has come I must make haste He's no longer on the cross. His words are true He brought me through His love He keeps on sending. Broken hearts of yesterday His love keeps right on mending. I know not what tomorrow holds be it great joy or sorrow. But this one thing I'm certain of. I know Who holds Tomorrow. Edwin C Hofert Happy New Year! Dec 30 2015
