I Know What I Like to Eat

gravy, cookies, pies, cakes and beef stew
sticky caramel apple full of lovely goo
I’m on a diet. How about you?
I reach for lettuce, diet dressing too.

Not satisfied, I grab a bag of chips
people can stop at one? I call them dips.
I add a tub of sour cream and finish the bag.
Call me Rubenesque and corpulent, I’m a satisfied hag.
