I Know

I look like me,
Talk like me,
Think like me,
I think.

Nothing changed,
It's normal,
It'll pass,
I think.

The sweats,
The terrors
Expected.
I think.

He's looking at me.
What's the matter?
He's judging me,
I think.

There's nothing wrong,
I'm absolutely fine,
Just tired,
I think.

Haven't slept for weeks,
But that's just adjusting,
That will take time,
I hope.

My wife's left me,
She can't handle the change,
I haven't changed.
I hope.

Called up for my drinking,
Questioning my thinking,
Im not okay,
I think.

Still not sleeping,
This isn't right,
I need help,
I know.
