I just wanted you to know, I miss you
I just wanted you to know, I still care
I try so very hard not to let my heartache show
But I love you, I just wanted you to know

I just wanted you to know, I need you
You should know, your leaving made me blue
Just like a blooming flower, you needed room to grow
But I still love you, I just wanted you to know

I wanted you to know, my heart is breaking
It's hard to breathe without you by my side
And when I think about you, my tears begin to flow
Cause I still love you, I just wanted you to know

I just wanted you to know, I'll be waiting
I'm here if you decide to come back home
Thru the storms I'll be here until the winds no longer blow
