I Just Can'T Win

The dice always lands on that zero
And what are the odds, zero
Even so, why bother?
Because luck is an illusion
Luring us the losers to confusion
With false hope, living us bitter
Stuck in this infinite losing streak
That you so badly want to break
In this game you can’t win
Until you really sin

I love this, but your last two line I don't agree with , you can win without the sin and you are a winner in my eyes xx

Whoa there, I have never heard of a winning sinner. Maybe it's my not believing in luck. Better to believe in yourself than loaded dice. The house always wins. Nice write. God Bless. Dave.

I know how that feels... getting so far, and hitting a wall. Just an example of some valleys I hit, it was real redundant, let me telllll ya.... but smile the most you can, it'll be ok. could relate to your poetry and that is the mark of a good writer! God bless, Cindy Lu
