I Hope You Can Breathe

I hope you can breathe
While I’m suffocating you with words
Open your ears
And you can almost hear reality
Like the sound of the sea through a shell
The noise is soft, but listen close
I’m revealing this truth
And you’re going blue
Your lack of life is so lovable
