I hope

I hope you feel the same
I hope you know I love you
I hope it didn’t end 
I hope you feel the same someday

I looked you in the eyes 
I knew I’d fall for you
You saw my hopeless tries
You never once were true

To run I wanted far
Far from any sight of you
To escape your lovely charm
Oh, how I wish you loved me too

I found myself enchanted
By every vow you swore
The blade that cut the deepest -
You had chosen her before

There’s something running through me
Perhaps it started from the mind
Please I beg to be let free
A cure is nowhere to be found 

It may be sickness 
Or some dark spell cast
It has gotten me possessed 
And it will never pass

It hurts me truly
Deep inside my soul 
I love you surely 
You make me such a fool

Presents I’ve received
By someone not you though 
He’s been so deceived 
I’m sorry, please let go

I don’t deserve this kindness 
But loyal I may stay to you
I ought not to have less
Less than being loved by you

I beg you for a chance 
Please escape my head
Don’t leave me in this trance 
Don’t let my wish be dead
