I Heard You Tried To Find Me

I heard you tried to find me
In someone else's arms
Searching their eyes for me
Missing out on my charms.

I heard you tried to find me
On someone else's lips
Taking them to your home
Like us, hand on her hips.

I heard you tried to find me
In someone else's bed
Trying to get your visions
Of me out of your head.

You should have tried to find me
When I was by your side
Waiting much too long for you
I moved on, saved my pride.
