I Hear the Whispers of Forests

I hear the whispers of forests,
Divine network mycorrhizal,
A vast ecosystem exists,
Which is the answer and the call:
We’re deeply rooted, one and all.

Before language, we had the trees,
Our great-grandfathers holding time,
We heard their wisdom on the breeze,
Messages sent in root and rhyme,
When we knew connections sublime.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Welcome to Poetry Soup. I welcome you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
