I Hear Celtic Harps Singing
I went down to the zoo today,
I watched the pink flamingos cuddle
their lovely long necks swaying
in little loving nuzzles.
Such graceful heartstrings they caressed
my spirit; brought me to a near swoon.
Such passion those two did possess;
were so very much in-tune.
Leaving my heart valves, all aflutter
those flamingo bells were ringing.
The ecstasy they appeared to muster
that I heard Celtic harps singing.
