I Have Poems In Me
I have poems inside me
Waiting to get out
I have poems you see
Shouting to get out.
I bleed in words,
A blessing and a curse
I have poems in me
Which one first?
The one where I miss you
Beyond comprehension
Of words?
Or maybe the one
Where smiling is a curse?
The one where parts of me are stolen?
Or the one where my lips are swollen
from a touch I despise?
Perhaps the one where I lie?
Or the one where I die but I'm still alive?
I have poems in me
No pen no words
I have poems in me
Feelings and firsts
I have poems in me
My pen screams
I have poems in me
A few words leak
I have poems in me
Of where I am free
I have poems in me
Which do I leave?
I have poems in me
Clawing to get out
I have poems in me
Words that scream so loud
I have poems in me
Some lost , some found
I have poems in me
In words I drown
I have poems in me
A heart crippled in phrases
I have have poems in me
Living in phases .
I have poems in me
That need to break free
I have poems in me
That let you know me
I have poems in me
That you'll never see
