I Grind My Teeth

I grind my teeth both day and night
I grind them all the time
Except when I’m eating or talking, of course
No relief of it can I find

I got a mouthpiece I wear around
The kind you boil and bite
But it makes me look so deformed
So I wear it at night

But I need something through the day
To protect my teeth while grinding
I’ve thought about the kind that athletes wear
But a satisfactory one I’m not finding

If anyone knows how to break this habit
Please let me know how
My jaws and teeth are hurting badly
And I want to break the habit now!
