I Give You My Secrets But Keep My Fears
Just because I smile often doesn't mean am happier than You are.
Just because I chose to cry away the night rather than call u and say "sorry" doesn't mean I didn't hear the pain in your voice over what I said.
Just because I have many friends doesn't mean I am not lonely like You are.
Am simply a Reflection of You...
You keep your fears...I keep mine
You hide Your tears...I hide mine
Time will slip like sand in the hourglass;
You'll be in your world and I'll be in mine...
You'll not bother to reach out to me and I'll still be fine.
And then someday,
I might wander too far away...
You'll call out and want to chase,
and yet not be able to see my face.
Maybe then,
hopefully then You'll know how it feels
to lose a Friend...
Just the way am losing you every moment.
