I Give Life
I write this in an attempt to explain what I feel is a necessity in people that this world misses out on, isn't enough of. People there to support one another's happiness through selfless caring.
I am soil, here to know
that I make the flowers grow.
and too, the sun,
here to groom
a source to cause the floral bloom.
I take the wilted, and the broke
sweep off the dust,
drown out the choke.
It's who I am, as a soul
the life sparked individual
I give of myself, in my ways
the breathing purpose
of my days.
Know me then by my fruit
otherwise the point is moot.
So if you know me, then understand.
Don't tread needless
on this man.
For I love, and give life
to those in need
to those in strife.
