I Found the Way

Lunging forward speeding on
Faster, faster down the road
Where’s it leading? Now I know
The crowd is thick. They hemmed me in
No place to stop, no room so see
What lies ahead is history
Blinded by the shadowed crowd
On we raced and thought out loud
This can’t be right, I thought and went
Have all who walk been pushed or sent?
I asked, “Hey Joe, where’s all this lead?
“I don’t know and I don’t care
It’s life you see.” There’s time to spare
Can someone tell me? Who can tell?
Someone said the road to hell
“I don’t think so”, was his song
Do you think this crowd is wrong?
“Some men here are smart you know
Let’s follow them. That’s why we go”
Then out there someone called my name
Me, why me? And what’s your game?
What are you doing over there?
Think about it. There are two roads
One is wide and the crowd is packed
The other is narrow, single file
It’s been waiting hidden all the while
Jesus is the way we know
It’s leading upward. See the glow
Don’t you know He died for you?
And rose again so we could live
Now the fear of death has passed
I found the path of life at last
Heaven waits for me up there
Now I can live without a care

This is an excellent picture of the wide and narrow roads Jesus talked about. Well done! Love, Kim

Always Him and Him where are women in all this ? How can a male God exist without an opposite ! Male means there must be a female !

The word used for God in Genesis is Elohym and is a uni-plural noun including both natures. But in Heaven the sexual organs of procreation are not needed and so are absent even though the different basic spiritual nature is retained. Good question....thanks.

John: What a wonderful picture of man kinds folly and future. Draws one to a knowledge of the truth without trying. Thanks for sharing the gospel story in a new and refreshing way. There will be rewards waiting, oh good and faithful servant. oldbuck
