I Finally See
Today, I realized life was precious.
Sadly, after the third attempt at becoming a body to identify.
I lingered in the shadows of yesterdays.
I kissed the lips of hatred and lies.
But the taste has turned my stomach for the last time.
Craving sweet serenity, truly.
I put down this blade and leave my skin be.
After being too cold for too long,
I finally see.
