I Feel the Beauty In You

Please don’t ask me not to worry
My concern will forever grow
Your life, a whirlwind of intended heartbreak
Lest you let it show

“Stay away” you beg of me
Your sin I needn’t know
Perhaps you fear by letting me in
Love would no longer be your foe

A life you’ve resolved to live alone
The enemy beckoning at your heart
Allow me in so you may learn
The knowledge I wish to impart

Your heart will never be in question
I know this to be true
I see the good that resides in all
I feel the beauty in you
