I Faced This Man
I faced this man looking at me
He said you’re handsome and cute
Your face emits intelligent sparks
You’re bold and flagrantly frank
Voice vibrates with confident tunes
You’re logical, at times tangentially crank
Body speaks ego-leaning language
You’re charismatic with urban elan
Eyes encase dreams, at times tears
You’re caring and adoringly magnetic
You’ll soon meet your love
Elated, I looked real close
Saw this man in the mirror.
