I Don'T Think Tears Have Ever Come So Fast

And there it went again
My eyes barely open
Take it all in at once
Hold a deep breath
You can't do it
You can't do it
You never can
So this is what you think of me
A person barely holding stable
I understand where you're coming from
Just a little bit
But the rest is just something undecided
I guess
Can you tell me one more time
Just explain once again
Why I can't be as you want me
So perfect and normal
Yet so mind-driven to the end
And this is my life
And these are your words
Breaking my confidence
I'm taking care of things much better now
Not in the usual way
But it's well enough
To live like this day to day
And when you and me conversate
It's like nothing ever ends
We blow up ugly words
Burn the world with fire again
I think every thing's okay now
No need to go back there
No need to drown the fire
Out of us, ever again
