I Don'T Know How To Love You

I don't know how to let you in,
I've built up quite a wall.
And even though, I wear this ring,
I've yet to let them fall.

I don't know how, to tear them down,
I wish, that they weren't there.
I know you say that it's ok,
But it really isn't fair.

The past, has plastered me with holes,
That I don't know how to fill.
I try so hard to be okay
Sometimes, I think I never will.

I feel this wall between us,
And I don't know what to do.
Every day, I grow more insecure,
Because, I don't know how to love you.
