i don't hate you
i don't hate you,
but i want to.
i don't hate you,
after all you put me through.
my memory,
like a picture frame.
the only time,
i can see your face.
your skin on mine,
between the sheets.
you've turned this in-
-to a sacred place.
you took my soul,
when you left me.
after promising,
you'd never walk away.
but here i am,
with all the scars.
nothing left,
but a broken heart.
i don't hate you,
but i want to.
no, i don't hate you,
after all you put me through.
i don't hate you,
but i probably should,
just know that i don't hate you,
but i would if i could...
