I Didn'T Stay

After I heard what you had to say
I couldn’t bare to stay.
All I could do is turn and walk away.
I never meant to cause you dismay
And now we are yesterday.
I pray you find what you’re looking for someday.
I heard you were trying to find me,
But it’s to late to go back to what used to be.
Go on with your life
And find someone worth being your wife.
I’m gone!
I’m dead!
Forget what I said!
Forget me!
Their will never be we.
There will only be you and me.
