I Couldn'T Find You

I looked in the house
I looked on the streets
I looked on the mountains
I Couldn't Find You

I looked in the bars
I looked at the parks
I looked in the shopping store
I Couldn't Find you

Although you walked beside me
Although you held my hand
Although you said you loved me
I Couldn't Find You

Although your hand fit right in mine
Although my heart raced for you
Although you said your always there for me
I Couldn't Find You

I looked again, In the house
I looked again, In the streets
I looked again, On the mountains
I Still Couldn't Find You

I looked again, In the bars
I looked again, At the park
I looked again, At the shopping store
But Still I Couldn't Find You

When we sat down to talk
I tried to think of what to say
I looked into my heart
And i realized a truth

You weren't in the house
You weren't in the streets
You weren't on the mountains
That's why I couldn't find you

You weren't in the park
You weren't in the bars
You weren't in the shopping store
That's Why I Couldn't Find You

But most of all
I found out
You weren't in my heart
That Is Why I Couldn't Find You
