I Can'T Breath

I CAN'T BREATHE,
MY HEART IS BLEEDING,
THAT IS WHY AM SHOUTING,
WHEN I SEE A HUMAN TAKE OUT LIFE OF ANOTHER,
THAT'S WHY AM FARTING BECAUSE I CAN'T BREATH,
IS YOUR SOUL COLOURED, WHY TAKE OTHER'S.


I can't breathe,
Because of my skin , why choke me with a knee,
You did not choke my soul, my spirits will haunt you,
You stand by the side to let him kill me, you FOOLS,
I can't breathe, my spirits come down and haunt them!
Am crying blood tears yes blood tears , can't breathe.


Good people all over the planet let me Breathe,
Not all people see color on me, see a soul,
When on the wrong they care and I breathe,
When making Love , your shadows have colour?
When under sun ,moon your shadows have colour?
We can all breathe, Live Life Loving all.

But how many people of color have to die, for folk to recognize that people of color deserve the same rights as everyone else” The line “ IS YOUR SOUL COLORED touched me deeply. It saddens me so that we live in a world that I have to explain to my son why George Floyd had to die like he did. At the end of the day I remain hopeful that mankind will wake up and healing will come. All lives deserve to breathe no matter what color we they are. PS, When you have a chance read my poem “ All Lives Matter-Alexis Mukumbu Munyasya November 23, 2021 at 5:02 AM Hi Alex, I am awed by your prolific and consistency. We are the same underneath our skin, why should some get special treatment, and others get injustice? And those who stand by with the power to help but do nothing are just as guilty.
