I Can't Believe I Thought That
I can't believe I thought that silly thing
That there's always a wind beneath my wing
That someone would always catch me if a fall
That on mountains I always stand tall
That life was a wonderful fairytale
And I have command of the eagle and the whale
That black is black and white is always white
That even if I'm wrong, the sky would see me right
That there's always a carriage upon my feet
And I could always tame the sound of my heartbeat
That in my world, I'll always be a king
And the sweetest smiles have no poisonous sting
That blood will always be faithful to its own
And those that are friends to the wind cannot be blown
That love will always find its way
Even in the darkest light of day
