I Cannot Live Without You
You held my hand
Touched my heart
Said we would never be apart
Then you tear me apart
Threw me away like dirt
Left me alone in the rain
Wet, cold, numb with pain
When I cried our your name
You say what happened was a shame
You regret what you did
Momentary laps, it was a misdeed!
Now where that does leaves me?
Alone in the world filled with cruelty
You want to move on
Forget what you did
As if nothing happened
If you can take away my pain
I will let go all the grudge and the blame
But still I cry out your name
It hurts
My heart burns in flame
The world without just isn’t the same
Now when I act insane
Why am I the only one to blame?
