I can pray by Suzan Satchell

I can pray

When I start my day, I can pray
When I am in distress, I can pray.
When my day is not going my way, I can pray.
When I am tested, I can pray.
When there are cloudy days, I can pray.
When I am afraid, I can pray.
When the enemy comes in like a flood, I can pray.
When I am tempted to go astray, I can pray.
When there seems to be no way, I can pray.
Whether I am happy or sad, I can pray.
When I am troubled or dismayed, I don't have to worry because I can pray
I can always pray, as Christ has taught me the way.
When I come to the end of my day, I can pray.
