I Can Learn (Maybe)
Maybe I can learn to feel again
Maybe my wounds will heal
Maybe this heartache will subside
so I don’t have to hide it any longer
I’m longing for some happiness,
that one time bliss never shared in a kiss,
those happy thoughts of how perfect it was
Longing for no nagging doubts
a lack thereof
