I Can
Though I may be lost in darkness
I can still shine bright for you.
Though I may be ill
I can still help you heal.
Though I may be battered
I can still protect you.
Though I may be weak
I can still be strong for you.
Though I may be a liar
I can still be honest with you.
Though I may be tired
I can still walk 100 miles for you.
Though I may be broken
I can still help you mend.
Though I may be alone
I can still be there for you.
I can do all of this
Because above and beyond all else
I am your friend
