I Can
I never thought I could live alone,
And never thought I would,
But now I am and know I can,
And know I always could,
Be by myself with no one else,
because then I won't get hurt,
Or have my feelings crushed,
With my heart out in the dirt,
I never really needed you,
I just thought I did,
But now I realize that I don't,
And without you I will live.
