I Called You By Name
I call you by name
For I Am the one who named you.
Fear not, that no one is near you
For I am always near.
Your heart aches for others.
Others that you wish were
Close to me, that would call me Lord.
They run about their lives as if all is well,
In time they will see that they are not fulfilled.
Because of you they have heard of Me
Now it is their choice.
For I take no one that is not willing to come.
They will call My name, they will seek Me.
You have done what you were commissioned,
And have done well.
The compassion in your heart still
Reaches out to them.
Now they will see My glory,
As you are lifted up out of the pit.
I will set you upon a safe precipice
Where no harm may touch you.
Most see struggle as failure or punishment
But you have shown them it is for growth.
And you have grown much, but still have
More growth to come.
You strive to reach the goal
And you tire but don’t give up.
This is a precious and valuable trait.
I am your God, I am your Provider.
I bring you peace and comfort.
Healing is given to you that you
May continue in your walk.
Know My love, for it is the only
True love there is.
You are My child and I care for you.
Rest now and grow strong.
Take comfort in My peace.
