I Called You a Goat

We could have fought
But we did not
We managed to shout
And vent throughout

I was too cold
Like a two year old
I called you a goat
But I hope you forgot

It was not right
I messed that night
I am still in shock
By what I spoke

I am calling back
The words that I barked
I know I was strange
And I promise to change

I will pinch my mouth
Before I let it out
For this I will do
I pledge it to you

Hello Peter Onyancha, some words should not be spoken at all. Enjoy your day my friend.

Many thanks Darlene De Beaulieu, words once spoken are difficult to recant...
