I Blame You!

I blame you!

For all the hatred in my heart
That also seeps through my soul
And I cannot hide it
For it sits on my shoulders
For all the world to SEE.

See?

If only you COULD see
Then maybe you would have tried to save me
From the things no child should ever have to ENDURE.

Endure?

Yes, I have endured more in one year
Than you will ever in a LIFETIME.

A lifetime?

Plus infinity is how long it would take
To make up for the ABSENCE of yourself as a father.

The absence of you?

Is what will give me the strength
To never allow my child
To FEEL abandoned
As I did
Still do
And always will.

Feel?

You cannot feel
OR, If there were a bond
You would feel my heart breaking everyday
For the love of my FATHER.

Father?

This word will never exist to ME
Because YOU do not understand the meaning.
