I Am Strong

I am strong and mighty
Like an eagle, I can soar
I might lose many battles
But I can always win the war

I can be like a rock
Proving all my power
Or I can be innocently gentle
Like a delicate flower

I can climb a steep mountain
And make it to the top
I can do almost anything
If I just learned not to stop

Despite all that I can be
If I step a little off track
I find that it’s my habit
To give up on getting back

I am strong and mighty
But in the face of adversity
I find I’ll often forget
Just how strong I can be
