I am so tired
my mind is wired
I got no sleep last night
so I'm ready to fight
kick the butt of the man
who has no plan
thinking I should run
for his pun
it's a fools game
and I won't share blame

For the record I write to release and is not Bi polar. My Psy. Dr says I only need sleep and last night sleep was taken away and replaced with harassment. :):)I enjoy all the comments.

It is like a trip into the mind of a Bi Polar person. Thanks for sharing, for I have a loved one who suffers from that horrible disease, and this poem reminds me of her. We are at the stage where we are trying to find the right meds...it can be difficult.
