I Am Poetry

Some people ask me "Aye Yg, what's poetry?" I say "Poetry is everything inside thee." Poetry is a sense of being with one inter-self , in a state of understanding. Poetry is life its' self, poetry is a thought which finds its' way into words. Poetry can stop killings, and other nonsense from happening, by just using words. Poetry builds wisdom and self-respect for ones self. Poetry is the encouragement of ones self. Poetry is the sense of believing in ones self. Poetry is all around you. Poetry lives inside me and also you. So next time you ask "What's poetry?" Take a long look at me. 'cause I am poetry!
