I am my mother's child by Suzan Satchell

I am my mother's child By: Suzan Satchell I am my mother's child I am my mother's child so precious, so kind and so dear. I'm my mother's child my hair so dark and so fine. I' m my mother's child my eye's so brown, so bright, I'm my mother's child my lips my smile so wide. I'm my mother's child I hear it all the times. I'm my mother's child for this can never hide. I'm my mother's child so sweet, so kind, and so fine. I'm my mother's child my lips my words so kind. I'm my mother's child my voice just simply nice. I'm my mother's child my hands so slender, yet so willing and helpful. I'm my mother's child I let the whole world know it. I'm my mother's child my feet so swift so light. I'm my mother's child do you hear me, words spoken so kind? I'm my mother's child with a heart like a gem. I'm my mother's child a heart so full of love. I'm my mother's child she taught me gems and poems. I'm my mother's child she taught me to pray and sing. I'm my mother's child she whispered sweet words to me she passed away so long, yet she still lives on in me……because I'm my mother's child.
