I Am Crumbling

Slowly crumbling,
no one knows I'm steady stumbling
but in a straight line. I forget to breathe
        My heart pounds loud. boom-boom
My head fills with air, like a helium balloon
Focus, focus, focus. Slowly Breathing in, out
Hoping that I do not blackout
It stays with me, never leaves. Its my ANXIETY
