I Am Awaiting the Night
I am awaiting the night in its blue net,
filled with the desires of day.
Between daybreak and splendor of evening,
I try to wipe out my pain,
brought to me by heaven.
Like cranes migrating through,
I like to see, floating the air,
the change of day.
I like to search with golden wings,
the pearls of a sad night,
the making of silence.
I like to give my dreams to a new day,
taking away my pain,
the biggest pain the world has seen.
I wish you close to me,
close to the platin stars in this starry night,
like a holy picture,
which, perhaps could bring me salvation
and dry my heavy tears
to show me the wonders of heaven,
which never end.
