I Am By Carol Wright Hovey I am from the memories of my mind Memories that shaped the real me to be The me, who’s wise, aware and a gentle kind, The inner me grownup molded to really see. I am of people who shared my life space A space of early wisdom and ole lady charm My space now filled with who what where and grace Learned experiences and a ‘new view’ of a greater sum I am the cushion of love, the window of clarity and the floor of strength I am the vessel of my Creator’s own personal craft I am the composite girth of family, friends and foes - hence I am the best of my present, my future and of time past. I am the sum of all that shaped the “who of me”! I Am!
