Human torches of venomous vapor
Breathing betrayal’s mushrooming rancor

Sword of Damocles
Shadowed fate of mirrored steel
Forged in sweaty palms of cold conviction
Serpents of Cesar
Striking slumbering senses of state
I am volition
Harbinger of history
Crux of Cicero's sedition
