I Am

I am Serenity Odai I am an unsteady ship I wonder what lies ahead I hear the raging waters of violence I see the beautiful sun light shine through I want to be in a calm sea full of encouragement I am Serenity Odai I pretend to be a steady ship on calm and peaceful waters I feel pain and loneliness constantly I touch my true self rarely I worry for my crew aboard my ship I cry when I lose the important I am Serenity Odai I understand that some things change like a current I say I’m fine, just tired I dream of my own change and to lead the crew and I to light I try to fly high I hope for the morning light on a peaceful sea I am Serenity Odai
