Hush

Have I told you before that you make the stars hush?
It's the truth, no need to blush
Oh come on!, don't turn your face away 
because I have yet a lot for you to say

I know that you are shy 
But to you i can never lie
When I call you the most tender
I truly mean it, to your eyes I surrender

Oh! Now you're covering your face!
Why do you insist on hiding such grace?!
Put these hands down, let the sun shine
You make me feel so grateful to be mine

You light up my life and make it worthwhile
I feel there's always still hope when you smile
And it's okay, we can take it slow, no need to rush
I just wanted to tell you that you make the stars hush
