Hurt Heart
My heart hurts for you
Whenever you’re in pain
I want to hold you close
But I can’t which makes me insane.
You say that you are fine
But your voice gives you away
I know you better than you realize
So just let out what you need to say.
They cause you so much grief
And there is nothing I can do
But let you know I am here
To listen and to comfort you.
So remember when you are sad
Though we may be apart
I will always do my best
To remove the hurt from your heart.
