Hurricane Ian

gray clouds drift slowly
gathering in southern sky
Ian is coming

windows are boarded
emergency sirens loud
winds coming faster

southern sky now dark
Mother Nature is angry
Gulf waters churning

traffic flows northward
palm trees are bending over
Ian is screaming

Michael Tor Date: 9/26/2022 10:58:00 AM My brother Gus moved to Florida to Port St Lucie. I just spoke with him of the coming Hurricane Ian. According to the weather channel it is supposed to touch down thursday evening, give or take. I asked him if he was prepared. He said he was and he says the shelves are starting to look bare in some spots. I can't imagine waiting for a possible freight train of air heading for my home.
