Hurricane

Hurricane I walked with faith through gentle rain One stormy summer night As the tender drops of life’s delight Washed away my pain The somber shadows held me tight Bound me in disdain But inside I heard a thunderous voice exclaim They’ll never dim this light And the only way that I can explain What made me want to fight Is when it matters what is right I’m like a hurricane By: Jeremy Siedlecki
