Hurrah for Poetry Soup

Think that you might agree with me ,there is no way easier to pen a poem,
Than writing it right here, on your poetry home.

There are no characters to remember, no details that you have to keep together, with a mental hook!

In a short poem, like a haiku, there are only three lines!
It doesn’t take a notebook,stop wasting valuable time!

Writing poetry to me is as easy as visiting a nunnery!
Go get to work with, joy and write down all your funnery!

Plus, you don’t have to store your poetry anywhere at all!
You can just put it right on this site any fortnight, any season at all!

So what I’m saying is, that writing poetry here~~is no big bear!
Poetry Soup stores it online, so there is not even a piece of paper to tear!

I don’t know still poems in cabinets does not age like fine winei in fact the ink stars to blur on old paper. Get to your computer and get busy! I’m glad you see the point.. There are other things one needs like the thesaurus and a dictionary , something to learn how to rhyme with and above all to read other poets , famous ones I mean. I myself have tons of reading to do in real poetry.. I can tell who reaads great poetry here and who does not. We’d all be better off buying a paperback of John Keats,than spending four dollars on a notebook.That’s not a reason! That is dense. Pangie. If you have a computer or an iPad, you’re blessed use it. Use the site today not three weeks from now. They have plenty of room and your poem will disintegrate.

I do understand people being attached to paper because so am I it’s old and meaningless and no one ever sees it not even myself or my cat. That’s why computers were created.. Personally, I’d rather see people use paper and pen for writing to each other but depends on your vision and if you get older, it gets worse I can promise you that, and unless you’re writing Shakespearean play, you’re not a deep drinker I’m not either and there’s nothing wrong with that. You probably write poetry that is understandable.. some of the best poets use simple language that people understand. But it did send me for a loop because they didn’t use the treadmill but use some kind of medication to make me feel like I had to work out.
