Hungry Momma

You slipped in the door
Loudly mewing, calling for food
You had a litter on the way

You stole our hearts and brought us joy
Those three sweet little fur balls
Brightened my days
We found them all homes

Away they went
To brighten other lives for a season

Meow! It's nice when you can find homes for the little fur balls! Smiles. We've got too many cats right now. One of our mama cats has kittens quicker than we can get her to the vet for spaying. But they're so cute! Lovingly, Dane Ann

So glad you helped this kitty as she was giving birth. It's difficult not to lose your heart to these beautiful babes. And it's nor surprising witnessing their birth touched your heart. Very sweet and tender verse, Doris! (Or should I call you momma, to?) Love, Carolyn
