Hunger

I hunger for true love as I always have done. I hunger for boundless energy, stolen along with my youth. I hunger for my adult children to be encased in my arms again. I hunger for peace of mind, knowing I did my best. I hunger for my body to reflect the small amount I eat. I hunger for the invisible springs once attached to my dancing feet. I hunger for these appetites never to recede... 22/07/2019 for Silent One's contest I Hunger.

And what a high placement it is Silent. Thank you. My impish muse took over about half way down. I'm sure you spotted that. And you know now I have indeed encased my adult children in my arms again this past week. A lot. Going again on Tuesday. Sob.
